Project overview

Problem / Context

Equipment alarms can be difficult to interpret and respond to consistently when monitoring information and troubleshooting procedures are separated.

Solution

Designed a mobile-friendly prototype that brings together monitoring dashboards, simulated active alarm events, configurable temperature and humidity setpoints, and guided inspection checklists.

My Role

System concept, engineering workflow design, web application prototyping, integration, iterative testing and documentation.

Outcome

Developed and tested a prototype interface for monitoring equipment status, displaying simulated alarm events and guiding structured inspection responses. No production deployment or operational improvement is claimed.

Current Status

Personal prototype demonstrated with simulated data. Not deployed as an operational factory alarm-response system.
