Project overview

Problem / Context

Maintenance project records and performance targets can be difficult to review consistently without a structured workflow.

Solution

Developed a role-based web interface for project creation, KPI updates, target setup, dashboards, monthly reports and audit-oriented records.

My Role

Workflow design, application prototyping, integration and testing.

Outcome

Built and tested KPI tracking and reporting workflows with simulated project data. No measured company-level adoption or operational impact is claimed.

Current Status

Prototype demonstration on Raspberry Pi 5 using simulated test data; not a production deployment.
